Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Falcon Spido (the "Service"), operated at https://falconspido.com. By creating an account or connecting a platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. What the Service Does
Falcon Spido lets you connect your own social media accounts (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Telegram) using each platform's official OAuth login, upload video content you own or have rights to, and schedule or publish that content to the accounts you connect. Falcon Spido acts strictly as a tool operated by you, on your explicit instruction — it does not create, own, or claim any content you upload.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
- You must have the legal right to connect each social media account you connect — i.e. it must be your own account, or one you are authorized to manage (e.g. a Facebook Page/Instagram Business account you administer for a business).
- You must comply with the terms of service of every platform you connect (YouTube/Google, Meta, X, TikTok, Telegram) in addition to these Terms.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including content scheduled or published through connected platforms.
- You may disconnect any connected platform, or delete your account entirely, at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Falcon Spido to:
- Upload, schedule, or publish content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
- Upload, schedule, or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the community guidelines of the platform you're posting to.
- Connect an account you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
- Attempt to circumvent, scrape, or abuse any connected platform's API beyond the scopes/permissions you were granted.
- Use the Service to spam, or to publish misleading or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service's infrastructure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, especially where required to comply with a connected platform's own enforcement action.
5. Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of any content you upload. By using the Service to publish content to a connected platform, you grant Falcon Spido only the limited, temporary right to store, process, and transmit that content to the platform(s) and account(s) you select — solely for the purpose of carrying out your instructions. We claim no ownership over your content and do not use it for any purpose other than fulfilling your publish/schedule request.
6. Third-Party Platforms
Falcon Spido connects to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and Telegram through their official, public APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms. Each platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and API usage policies apply independently, and continue to apply to content published through our Service. If a connected platform changes, restricts, or revokes API access, some or all functionality for that platform may stop working, and we are not liable for such changes.
7. Service Availability
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party platform outages, or API changes outside our control may affect availability.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that content scheduled through the Service will publish successfully in every case (e.g. due to a connected platform's own rate limits, policy rejections, or outages) — the Service will record and show you the actual result of each attempt.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Spido and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost content, lost revenue, or account actions taken by a connected platform (such as suspension or content removal) as a result of content you chose to publish.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse connected platform APIs, or if required by a connected platform's own policies.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
