Data Deletion Instructions
You can request deletion of your Falcon Spido account and all associated data at any time, using any of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from within the app
- Log in to Falcon Spido at falconspido.com/login.
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Under Account Settings, click "Delete My Account".
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
This immediately disconnects every platform linked to your account, permanently deletes your stored OAuth tokens, and removes your account record. Uploaded video files and post history are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Option 2 — Disconnect a single platform only
If you only want to remove access for one platform (e.g. just Facebook, not your whole account), go to Connect Accounts in Falcon Spido and click "Disconnect" next to that platform. This deletes that platform's stored token immediately.
Option 3 — Revoke access directly from the platform
You can also revoke Falcon Spido's access directly from any connected platform's own security settings — this works even if you can't log in to Falcon Spido:
- Google/YouTube: myaccount.google.com/permissions → find Falcon Spido → Remove Access.
- Facebook/Instagram: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → find Falcon Spido → Remove.
- X (Twitter): twitter.com/settings/connected_apps → find Falcon Spido → Revoke access.
- TikTok: TikTok app → Settings and Privacy → Security → Manage app permissions → find Falcon Spido → Remove.
- Telegram: message @BotFather or simply stop using the login widget — no persistent token is stored for Telegram beyond your login session.
Revoking access this way stops Falcon Spido from being able to act on that account, but does not by itself delete your Falcon Spido account record — use Option 1 or Option 2 above for that, or email us (below) and we'll do it for you.
Option 4 — Email us
Email santomani5750@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We will confirm your identity and delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it's done.
What gets deleted
- Your account record (email, login credentials).
- All encrypted OAuth tokens for every connected platform.
- Uploaded video files and thumbnails from our storage.
- Your post/schedule history.
Note: deleting your Falcon Spido account does not delete content that was already published to a connected platform (e.g. a video already live on YouTube) — that content lives on the platform itself and must be removed there directly, using that platform's own tools.
