What exactly is Falcon Spido?

Who is this for?

Is my data and are my accounts safe?

Can I disconnect a platform or delete my data?

Do I need a Business account for Instagram?
Yes — Instagram's own API requires the account be a Business or Creator account linked to a Facebook Page. Personal Instagram accounts can't be connected, due to Instagram's own platform rules.
What happens if a scheduled post fails?
It never fails silently — your dashboard shows the exact reason (for example, a platform-side content rule, a missing permission, or a temporary outage on that platform's end), so you always know what happened.
